Product level minimum charge and discounting of service
line items
If you require a minimum charge for a “Product” or a select group of services, version 3.05.01 gives you the ability to apply
a minimum charge for a product group. Using the statement sequence order, you can add a new type “3” service and set the Automatic
Charging options to assess a minimum amount.

CAA™ can also be configured at the rate class level to provide a different discount to
a particular group of accounts.
Discount on Analyzed Charges before Credit vs. Analyzed Charges after Credit
The current CAA™ system applies account level discounts to fee based and analyzed charges
AFTER earnings credits have been applied. Some institutions prefer the account discounts to be applied BEFORE any earnings credit
allowance is applied.
The bank level calculation option controls the balance basis for service charge
discounts at the account level. This enhancement calls for the implementation of a new bank level calculation option, with overrides
at lower levels. Future releases may include a class level default/override option and an account level option default/override
option. This structure allows an account to reference standard bank/class settings or an override of those settings.

Additional User Defined Codes
CAA™ now supports additional user defined codes for
account categorization. Currently CAA™ contains a number of codes, such as Team Leader Code, Association Code, and Division Code,
etc. Four additional codes will be provided for reporting, sorting, filtering, and totaling. The new codes can be renamed to suit
your institution.
By right clicking on the label you will have options to rename or reset the label description:

Print Screen Buttons
Most CAA™ screens currently
contain a Print Screen function so that the data on any screen can easily be sent to the printer. Such a feature would include
both data grid views of information and form views/maintenance views of information.
Most every CAA form now will contain this convenience. One exception is modal forms.
Modal forms are windows that are open and must be closed (completed) before continuing in the application. A wizard for example
(e.g., new account wizard) is typically a modal form.

Data Grids Export Feature
Data grids throughout the system now support an Export to
Excel feature. Users can quickly and easily get any grid containing analysis information into an excel worksheet
to manipulate. Almost every CAA form containing a grid will have this capability.

R42: Waivers and Discounts Report – Service Selection
The waivers and discount report (Report R42) automatically considers all line item
services as candidates for reporting. We have modified Report R42 to allow service level selection
criteria, so that focus can be put on selected billing points (and not have the report crowded by unnecessary billing points.

R42: Waivers and Discounts Report – Optional Parameters
New parameters have been added to the R42 report.
If an account is in a rate class that WAIVES a particular billing point, the waiver should be considered a standard of sorts, and
not an exception. In this case, the service should not appear on the report as a waiver. In a similar manner, if a service is
waived because of a balance level (an account balance at the minimum balance required to have a service waived), this will be
looked at as a standard, and the service will not appear as a waiver on the report.
R04: Maintenance Audit Journal Report
More options are available for the Maintenance Audit Journal. The user
will be able to run the journal for a specific month, or period of time. Another new option is maintenance performed of a certain type.

Expand Name and Address Fields for Accounts
The current analysis system limits name and address lines to 34 positions. CAA™ now
supports up to 50 positions.
Multi-View Analysis Reporting Templates
The multi-view display tool now allows a user to save the parameter settings surrounding
multi-view analysis. The template designs can now be saved so the user no longer has to re-enter data every time the tool is used.
