Pricing
The fee for each seminar is $1,500.00 per student. For companies sending more than one employee, a discount of $150 will be applied.
Enrollment
To enroll, please go to our online Registration Form, or download our PDF form and fax to 847.405.0860. We encourage you to enroll immediately because space is limited. All Registration Forms must be received four weeks prior to class date. Each registration will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once we have received your Registration Form, we will follow up with a confirmation notice and an invoice of payment for each participant.

Travel and Accommodations
Airport
If you will be traveling by air, your destination airport will be O'Hare International Airport in Chicago. We recommend that you arrive on Wednesday night. For your return trip, we recommend that you do not reserve your flight earlier than 6:30 PM.
